We went to see the difference between the passport and pilot. They wouldn’t unlock the vehicles for us to look inside of the 2 without getting our information. We’re not talking about a weekend long test drive. Just to get the keys to unlock the doors so we can see the interior. They wanted thousands more than other Honda dealerships anyways. No way we take a step in that place again More

We brought a brand new 2023 Honda Accord was told if anything goes wrong with it they’ll fix it for free, scuff liner in the front. something happened to it and they said it needed to be replaced. They charge us over $300 to repair it. also since we were there, I asked them if we could get an oil change but they told me that it. still had 20% life left. So we needed to wait till it was at 15% if not they would charge us for it so now I have to wait till it goes down to at least 15% But as usual they say it’s the Honda computer that will not allow them to change my oil at 20% so A I controls everything and I must obey. They are in charge not the people, as one German would say you will obey and you would like it. More
