I took my car to get an oil change. When I went to pick up my car additional things were done to my car that I did not approve. The paperwork stated I informed them of the things that needed to be looked up my car additional things were done to my car that I did not approve. I asked to talk to a manager and the cashier went to talk to ether manager and just came back and said we will take care of the cost. The manager never came and talked to me. More
