As an X military, efficient operations are paramount in my opinion. I have in the past walked out of dealerships who are not courteous, too pushy or not smoothly run. I dropped in to parts/service to buy a spare key fob and I figured I’d have to schedule a appointment to have it programmed. I had less than a hour before I had to be somewhere up the road. They were able t I figured I’d have to schedule a appointment to have it programmed. I had less than a hour before I had to be somewhere up the road. They were able to delete the fob programmed in my 2013 corvette that had been drowned in my clothes washer and reprogram the new fob and another I was using as key #1 and #2 so I could store all the preset options that were lost when my formerly key #1 was ruined. I was on my way in .45min and it saved me a return visit to service dept. Thanks for the timely customer service on a walk in basis. I expected I’d need a appointment or be sitting there .2hrs for them to fit me in between appointments they already had scheduled. Corvette key fobs are way overpriced but that’s not within the control of Gunn Chevrolet so I can’t fault them for that. More

I had a coupon for 50% of oil, tire rotation, a car wash and vacuum. The only thing done was the oil change I think???
