Why would i go there again? The service advisor Paul knows exactly the situation. He is a nice guy but definitely dropped the ball this time. I the customer went once the week before and two times the week of that I dropped off the car to make sure they were able to look at it. Then kept in touch with him for the next thirty-six hours several times all while being asssured the car was being looked at. U then showed up at the dealership and after 20 minutes realized my car had not even been looked at the entire time. You don't wait till somebody post a review to try and contact them when you know this is a situation that transpired. Another shop took it same day.
