This is an update to previous review It was bad enough when I came in and was told I needed work done on my car, but to have them not secure the splash guard to where it came loose and started drag enough when I came in and was told I needed work done on my car, but to have them not secure the splash guard to where it came loose and started dragging on one side and part broke off while on a trip, is ridiculous. I will now need to spend additional money replacing a part your technician didn’t fully secure. When I lived in Houston and took my car to the dealership for service, I didn’t have these problems. When I moved to San Antonio I took my car to Jiffy Lube and didn’t have these problems. I brought my car there for alignment and oil change and now I have an additional problem. I won’t be back and will make sure everyone I know here doesn’t come there either, for service or to buy a vehicle. More

Took my 2016 Chevy Suburban in for service repair. My assigned technician Paul was good. Paul displayed tremendous flexibility to get me in, even though my appointment made through Chat fell through; My assigned technician Paul was good. I do, however, have an issue with Gunn a support infrastructure, i.e. chat,messaging, etc. I called several times to get status update and could never get through. Expectation management is extremely-important to me. This failed miserably... I made my appointment through chatting with an associate. The appointment wasn't scheduled as I was told it was. With things being the way they are these days, customer service is so important. Gunn has to improve in this area!!! Again, kudos to Paul for displaying tremendous flexibility!!! More
