The worst dealership service department I’ve ever encountered. 1st problem had a service done a while ago on my duramax and a week later was two whole quarts low! I figuered it was a simple mistake a encountered. 1st problem had a service done a while ago on my duramax and a week later was two whole quarts low! I figuered it was a simple mistake and reluctantly forgot about it. Second problem was today, Took duramax in for low coolant light. Service tried to sell me a $300 ac service, two batteries for $681.00, and a $30 battery terminal cleaning instead of fixing the problem I went to them for. I picked up my truck and the low coolant light was back on leaving their lot! Never again beware they SUCK! More

Came to Gunn to get my Jeep appraised. The wait was 20 minutes so I decided to browse the lot. Seen a Honda that I was interested in test driving, asked Trent the car appriser to test driv The wait was 20 minutes so I decided to browse the lot. Seen a Honda that I was interested in test driving, asked Trent the car appriser to test drive the vehicle. He sent out Mike who came out, we showed him the vehicle and he said he would be back with the keys. Trent came out and discussed numbers, which was still at KBB. He asked how much down & which I stated I would like to not put nothing down with trade. He told me that wouldn’t be possible which and asked if I wanted to still wanted to test drive which i responded yes. Mike came back out with no keys and told me to not waste time I would need $5000 down on the trade in. Which I responded that I said I didn’t want to put anything down didn’t mean I didn’t have money. So pretty much I couldn’t test drive the car because he assumed I didn’t have $5000. We stated to Trent that we didn’t even need to trade the Jeep in, I’m an American Express diamond card holder with stellar credit, we was on the fence of trade in or just buying. Didn’t know test drives were based on what your sales people thing others could afford. I’ll never buy a car from Gunn Chevy & I’ll continue to tell people to never car shop. Horrible experience to be treated that way. More

The gentleman enjoys his job. I will ask for him again. Informed me how long of a wait I may have, because I had a few things to do I left & returned a couple hours later.
