I brought a first time buyer here because I thought a small town dealer would treat you better than the big city. Boy, was I wrong. The first time buyer was treated well until he left. Then the text star small town dealer would treat you better than the big city. Boy, was I wrong. The first time buyer was treated well until he left. Then the text starting coming, saying they didn’t charge him for Louisiana state tax. (They did charge Texas state tax). He was told he needed to pay another $1600. this has to be paid before they send his tags. Wrong! The papers are signed, they need to hold up their end of the contract. It is illegal to hold the tags. now the brand new truck sits because he cannot drive it with out current tags. Shame on you Gulf Coast Toyota. New buyer, from another country and Is serving in the US military. where’s your integrity?? More
