I am a second time buyer of new vehicles within the past three years at Gulf Coast in Angleton. The buying experience was great and everyone was so friendly. Recently I noticed faded spots showing up on my three years at Gulf Coast in Angleton. The buying experience was great and everyone was so friendly. Recently I noticed faded spots showing up on my Toyota truck , so I take it in for sevice and Mike tells me to bring it back so they can repaint it. I call on Monday to set up a day to bring it in, we decided Friday would be good and he would have a rental vehicle for me. I requested a truck and he said that shouldn't be a problem. When my wife shows up Friday to turn my truck in they tell her my rental is at enterprise. She goes there and they proceed to tell her she was suppose to be here at 9 am when i was never given time and on top of that i called mike at 10:30 a.m. Friday to let him know we were on are way. Well , they no longer have a truck for her and tried to put her in a mini van with a broken seat then they wanted to give her a ford focus with a gas light on showing empty. After talking to multiple people that kept lying or saying that's all we can do and standing around for hours, they suddenly found a truck. With service and headaches like that it makes you wonder is it worth driving over an hour and wasting your day with all the b/s that we have gotten. I guess I should wait to see what kind of paint job they put on my truck to make me decide if I ever shop there lot again. There are car dealerships are on every corner I just thought this one was different that I could trust. More
