I'm all for good reviews. I'll call a company and tell them about a great experience. I'll even email if an employee makes a really great impression on me. That being said, I think a bad review speaks volumes. If I had to give Gulf Coast Toyota a rating, it would be the absolute worst dealership in Brazoria County. The past two months have been spent being lied to, ignored and laughed at regarding the piece of crap car we bought from them and I can honestly say that I would never, ever do business with them again after this ordeal. I've dealt with them three times. I will say that the first experience, in 2008, while buying a new car from Previn was great. This was not the case in 2011 with our customer service experience in the Toyota service center where we had our van repaired (although the work was good) OR the Toyota used car sales and service center. I'm hoping that corporate is willing to help us get at least some of our $4,000 back that they dealer has told us we'll have to just suck up and lose b/c they sold us a crappy car. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the Toyota dealership in Angleton and met with Blaine Williams. He was professional, informative and not the least bit pushy. He definitely made the car buying experience a lot easier than I expected!! I highly recommend it. They have a great staff. More
