Mr. Chapman was smart enough to treat me like I knew what I was talking about! We negotiated a deal, and he delivered the product as promised, on time. This purchase involved me making several trips to Gulf Coast Ford and each time, I was greeted with a smile as I exited my vehicle. I never had to wait for assistance. Processing the financing paperwork took less than 15 minutes once all the details were agreed upon. The finance manager had everything ready to be signed and in a folder. This was probably the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever been through. More
