My experience with Cody was great. We looked at several vehicles before deciding on the one that we got. Cody stayed with us through the whole thing with a great attitude and smile. The service people are nice and friendly but that is where it stops. In my opinion the mechanics are totally inept and don't know what they are doing. Took my car in and a week later they said it was fi where it stops. In my opinion the mechanics are totally inept and don't know what they are doing. Took my car in and a week later they said it was fixed and ready, they replaced a coil and I paid for that. I drove it less than 2 blocks and it was still doing the same exact thing. Took it back immediately. 2 1/2 weeks later they said it was the computer and they were waiting on Ford to make one as they were unavailable. Another week or so went by. I called another dealer who found 11 in stock. I called GCF and told them to order the part, 2 more weeks went by. Then they call and tell me the compressor had gone out on my air conditioner and my extended warranty wasn't going to pay for that and it would be $xxx, did I want to get it fixed? Now let me state that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner when I took it in. I called the insurance company who told me yes it was covered. Frustrated and not really sure what was actually wrong with my car I went and picked it up and took it to my old mechanic who fixed it in about a week in a half. By the way, it wasn't what they had told me was wrong. Do I trust these guys to actually know what is wrong, absolutely NOT. I wouldn't let them change my oil! I went over to the dealership and asked to talk to the owner. They told me I would have to first talk to the mgr. I agreed and then the CFO came out and said everyone else was in a meeting. I told him about the poor service, which I paid $1100 + and my car still wasn't fixed, he said he would pass it on and have the general manager call me. Did that happen...absolutely not. This isn't the only time I have had to deal with them not fixing my car right. Good luck if you choose to use them. More
