Also, when I came back a few weeks later to pick up tags I decided to get the oil changed. They were able to take it in and promised it within 45 min. Went to the Grill with my wife and had a great lunch. Service writer told me when my truck was ready that there was no charge for my first oil change. We had a great experience. There was also no hard selling. I normally don't purchase warranties on used vehicles, but they were able to get me an extended factory warranty discounted at a price so low that I had to take it.
