I loved everyone that I dealt with from the saleman, David Lackey, the finance man, John Jaso to the service person, Shay Boswell. I still don't have a spare key. But I'm being assured it's been ordered and that I will get a call when it comes in. The only negative thing I have to say about the entire experience is that there are too many surveys. One or two max should be plenty. Share the surveys with others that benefit from them then, let it go. Buyers know where you are and how to reach you if a problem arises. My sales person, Brandi Buchanan, was very patient with me while I drove several cars, a couple of them twice, trying to decide which one I wanted. I finally decided and the financing was seamless. Very quick. I have never had a car dealership bend over backwards to make sure I was happy after the sale. They have called me several times to make sure I was still happy and to see if I needed anything. Brandi took the time the day after I brought the car home and set up my cell phone and showed me how everything worked on the car. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be spreading the word about the Gulf Coast Dealership, in particular Gulf Coast Ford, and I will be back for my next vehicle. More

Easy and quick buying experience My experience was good. Joel was courteous and easy to deal with. I like my used 2010 Ford F-150 that I purchased. Also, when I came back a few weeks My experience was good. Joel was courteous and easy to deal with. I like my used 2010 Ford F-150 that I purchased. Also, when I came back a few weeks later to pick up tags I decided to get the oil changed. They were able to take it in and promised it within 45 min. Went to the Grill with my wife and had a great lunch. Service writer told me when my truck was ready that there was no charge for my first oil change. We had a great experience.
