I spoke to Mike on the phone the day before I went, talked about the situation and what I had. I got there the next morning, he just couldn't be bothered. He had difficulty reading a title, and his com talked about the situation and what I had. I got there the next morning, he just couldn't be bothered. He had difficulty reading a title, and his computer system was constantly 'down'. Offered me two cars, one a nissan on its last legs with a CEL and the front passenger door wouldn't open (also distracted me and started it when I was in the office - never good). Then he offered me an Isuzu with almost as many miles, which was leaking fluid, had a rear door and the liftgate that wouldn't open, and the brakes were incredibly spongy. When I pointed out neither were even safe to drive (nissan looked like bent frame) he acted like he was doing me a favor taking my money and trade. There were 5 others cars listed for similar prices, but he was out to gouge. Guy either doesn't know anything about cars, or is deliberately out to scam people. STEER CLEAR. More
We came upon this dealership while looking for a car. Nick was very impressive and really tried to work with us. He found a car that fit our price (after we told him what we could pay). The car had som Nick was very impressive and really tried to work with us. He found a car that fit our price (after we told him what we could pay). The car had some problems, but they assured us they were nothing serious. Of course, after driving the car for a few months, it has completely fallen apart. The transmission is shot, the brakes are bad. They will do or say anything to get you into a car. We needed to have the car ready fairly quickly and they again assured us that it would be. After many, many phone calls and actually going there, he complained that his mechanic was out and we would have to wait. Well, the mechanic finally showed up and said everything was fine. We really got taken. Now we have to start all over looking for another car. Please do not buy from this dealer, whatever you do. Buy from an individual. You will be much better off. More

So on June 20 the car was ready and I told John again I have the 500 to pay he said wait until July 4 payday. On June 25 round by 6:15 pm the car was gone. I called and nick answer and I ask why the car was pick up, he said due to the 500 payment. I said no John told me to wait until July 4 to pay the 500.00. And I ask John about my 700.00 being refunded it haven't been 30 days yet and he said no. They are SCAMMERS don't go to Guaranteed Auto. They take your money then get the car back More
On 4/20/2013, my son and I travelled from our home in Gwinnett County, GA to Guaranteed Auto, Inc. located at 7295 ROSWELL RD., Sandy Springs, GA in Fulton County, GA. On that date I purchased 1997 Ford Gwinnett County, GA to Guaranteed Auto, Inc. located at 7295 ROSWELL RD., Sandy Springs, GA in Fulton County, GA. On that date I purchased 1997 Ford Escort VIN #1FALP13P1VW135912. Prior to signing the bill of sale, I was assured by salesman Gary Whitlow that the car had a valid emissions certificate. While signing the bill of sale, I noticed that a copy of the emissions was not among the paperwork and requested to see a copy. Mr. Whitlow pulled the emissions up on screen via internet and it showed that the emissions certificate expired in February 2013. I had to drive back to Gwinnett County to pickup my wife so that we could return to Guaranteed Auto to drive the car home. Prior to leaving Guaranteed Auto to get my wife, Mr. Whitlow assured me that he would take the car and get an emissions test while I was away and he would have it when I returned. I returned with my wife to get the car and drive it to my home approximately an hour later. At that time I was told by Mr. Whitlow that he could not find an emissions testing station open that day (Saturday). He hooked up some kind of scanning device to the car and told me that the car had a new battery and that the car needed to be driven 100 miles or so for it to reset sensors to allow a test to be done. He gave me $20 in cash and told me to take the car, drive it, and then use the $20 to have an emissions test done myself. On 4/22/2013 I took the car to an emissions test location and was told it failed due to lack of readiness and that it needed to be driven more. I eventually drove the vehicle 400 miles and could never get a result due to repeated failures for readiness. At that point I asked the emissions vendor Express Oil at 1858 Scenic Hwy., Snellville, GA to perform diagnostics on the vehicle to try to determine a reason the car’s failure to pass due to lack of readiness. The result was they said that an oxygen sensor and the electric fan motor needed to be replaced. As a result, I contacted Mr. Whitlow and he told me to return the car to Guaranteed Auto and they would have repairs done and return the car to me with a passing emissions result. I heard nothing from them for two weeks so I contacted Mr. Whitlow again. At that time, I was told that the car sensors had not reset to allow testing and that he had discovered the vehicle had no thermostat. It evidently had been removed by someone in the past and not replaced. Again, he promised this would be repaired and the vehicle would be successfully emissions tested as a result. This was on Friday, May 24, 2013. I called and spoke to the owner Nick Hart on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. He said he was unfamiliar with this situation but that he would investigate and call me back within the hour. I never received a call back from him. On June 1st we were finally able to pick up the car as it had passed emissions. After driving it for 85 miles, the check engine light came on and the code was an emissions issue. Now I have to fix that out of my pocket. On June 7, 2013, the owner Nick Hart called me and proceeded to verbally berate me saying that filing complaints showed I was “unethical and not a good person.” I suppose his violation of the law makes him more ethical. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Horrible service. Amazing how they're still in business. I went (with the intent to purchase) a black Acura TL. Show up and was not greeted whatsoever. Finally someone walked up t they're still in business. I went (with the intent to purchase) a black Acura TL. Show up and was not greeted whatsoever. Finally someone walked up to me and said "Who are you?" Shocked I said "I'm interested in the Acura." Well, soon I test drove the car and it was of sub-par quality. Very sub-par. Afterwards I return and was once again searching for someone to talk to about the car. Was finally approached by a big guy with a goatee who needs serious lessons in sales. About 3 sentences into my experience with the Acura test drive (all the while he is staring out the window, seemingly uninterested about my interest in his car) he cuts me off and barks "How do you want to pay for the car?!" I stood there shocked. I said "If I were to buy this car I would have to finance it." He told me he could not finance that particular car even though they advertise as a "BUY HERE PAY HERE" lot. He was clearly taking me for a ride when I just wanted a friendly, helpful car buying experience. I finally gave into his dealer "sales" game and sat down to see what kind of ridiculous offer he was going to offer me since he couldn't finance that car but would "see what he could do." After a ridiculous interest rate and down payment I stood up and left immediately to which he screamed out the door "SO YOU'RE JUST GOING TO WASTE MY TIME!?!?!" All 3 minutes of this sad sales mans time. I was disgusted by my experience. They need brand new salesmen. I was much more appalled by the lack of customer service and compassion than I was with the poor quality of the vehicles. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
From the time we pulled into the parking lot, Mr. Gary was there to greet and help us. He came out with a smile and a handshake. He wasted no time and helped us get into the car we wanted. As soon as I to was there to greet and help us. He came out with a smile and a handshake. He wasted no time and helped us get into the car we wanted. As soon as I told him which car we were interested in (2003 BMW 745IL) he and his business manager worked so incredibly hard to put us in this car. His business manager did not allow the banks to tell him no. He tried to finance the car in a number of ways, to figure out which was going to be the best option for us. The several people that we worked with were willing to jump through hoops and fight all the odds to get us in the car of our dreams. Honestly, we knew that they would do anything in their power to send us home in a car, because my in-laws had previously dealt with Gary and Guaranteed. In any instance we will be car shopping again in a couple months for our daughter, we will begin with Gary and Guaranteed Auto. I gave this dealer a 5 on all topics because the experience was hassle free, informative, and priced right. More
DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! BUY FROM THIS DEALER THEIR CARS LOOK GOOD BUT DO NOT PERFORM UP TO STANDARD!!!! I BOUGHT A CAR AFTER SPECIFYING OVER AND OVER HOW RELIABLE IT WOULD NEED TO BE TO GET ME TO DAIL CARS LOOK GOOD BUT DO NOT PERFORM UP TO STANDARD!!!! I BOUGHT A CAR AFTER SPECIFYING OVER AND OVER HOW RELIABLE IT WOULD NEED TO BE TO GET ME TO DAILY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. ALTHOUGH I WAS ASSURED EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK IT WAS NOT. A WEEK LATER THE CAR BROKE DOWN WITH EXPENSIVE PROBLEMS AND I WAS STUCK MANY MILES AWAY FROM HOME IN THE POURING RAIN. AFTER PAYING THEIR MECHANIC FOR TOWING THE CAR TO THEIR SHOP WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE REASONABLE AND WORK WITH YOU IS TRYING TO CHARGE $500 FOR A JOB THAT HAS BEEN QUOTED BY OTHER MECHANICS AT $300. ON TOP OF THAT THE DEALER IS STILL WANTING A CAR PAYMENT. THE GREAT LESSON HERE IS DO NOT BUY AS IS AND TAKE THEIR WORD IN SAYING THEY'RE GOING TO HELP YOU. THEY'RE NOT. THEY'RE GOING TO PRICE GOUGE YOU. I BELIEVE IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR = DEALERSHIP + MECHANIC SHOP AND ONE HAND IS WASHING THE OTHER WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS. More
