On June 5th 2011 I was on the way to work and I stopped into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. It looked like they had many 5-10K cars to choose from. I was wo into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. It looked like they had many 5-10K cars to choose from. I was working with Chuck on a Ford Focus for her. He was very knowledgeable on cars in general so we began to talk about cars and I told him I was in the market for a Suburban LTZ or a Yukon Denali as well. I was a little hesitant and didn’t want to get off track just because they are a used car lot and I was looking to buy a new car. He told me that they find cars for people all the time and he could probably save me 8-10K by getting me a demo or program car. For that kind of savings I was interested. He brought me inside to meet the manager who also buys all the cars. Nick the manager sat down with me and we discussed how it works and how he would help me get the exact vehicle I was looking for. I decided on a 2011 Yukon Denali XL and I wanted it fully loaded with as low of miles as possible. I wanted it to be like in the one you see in the movies Black with Black Leather Interior and Navigation. I gave him a very unique car and I wanted to see if he could do what he said. Sure enough about a week went by and I got a call from Nick saying he found the exact Yukon Denali XL that I was looking for. So the next day I came in to see him and he showed me about 20 pictures online of the vehicle and I liked it. It only had just over 7,000 miles but the thing that really got me was the price that I could buy it for. I asked Nick if the vehicle showed up and was not as described would I be able to get my money back. He gave me a guarantee that we would just send it back and I would get my money refunded. So after he put this in writing for me I did the deal. The Suv was coming from out of state so he said it would take about a week for transport. A week later I got a call saying my 2011 Yukon Denali XL was ready and I came by to pick it up. Upon arrival I was amazed the Denali had been fully detailed and was ready to go with 2 sets of Keys and Remotes. It was like I had bought a brand new Suv from the GMC Dealer. Chuck also helped me setup the On-Star and the Navigation system since I am not very tech savy. I was really impressed by these guys and the way they handled business like they said they would. I have not bought a car yet for my daughter but Nick is looking for one right now. I love my new Yukon Denali and I will be buying my future cars from Guaranteed Auto. It’s nice to have a local business that still takes care of its customers. Thanks, Mark B More
I bought from GUARANTEED AUTO in Sandy Springs, GA a 2000 Ford Escort in internet. On Jan. 10, 2011, Guaranteed Auto attempted to deliver the car. The car was never mine since it caught on fire inside the c Ford Escort in internet. On Jan. 10, 2011, Guaranteed Auto attempted to deliver the car. The car was never mine since it caught on fire inside the car carrier due to undisclosed car problem. Likewise Mr. Nick Hart-the manager failed to provide the appropriate documentation to obtain a tag for the vehicle including the title, or an application for certificate of title. When I asked to refund my money, the seller refused since he think that he sold the item in as is condition. However, he failed to mention it in his Ebay Disclaimer . Guaranteed Auto's with his Manager Nick Hart's business conduct is unethical, abusive with unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices. I believe Guaranteed Auto breached an Implied Warranty. He has high Negative Feedback in Ebay for selling crappy cars with username as "Golfnman81". I posted this incident as a guide to other consumers, so the information I provided will benefit others and may help them make sound consumer decisions especialy in dealing with this particular dealer More
