He is knowledgeable, explains details to me, is efficient, is friendly, and tries to ensure that I am on my way as soon as possible. Most importantly, he listens to anything I have to say so he can figure out if anything else needs to be checked in addition to regular maintenance. My service experiences overall with Bohn Brothers Toyota have been excellent, with the exception of the one time someone else other than Doug assisted me and did not properly take care of what I believe should have been covered under my extended warranty. When I went to pick up the car, everything was ready. The car was clean and my salesman, King Sly, showed me what all of the controls did, etc. He also showed me around the service dept. He helped me empty my personal belongings from my old vehicle and move to my new vehicle. There was absolutely no haggling or game playing. This was an enjoyable experience. More
