Took my vehicle for the first time to get tire rotation and take off locking lug nuts. charged me 35.00 for rotate, then charged $99.00 labor to take locking lugs off. The locking lugs have to come off to do the tire rotation. This is called double billing. Its theft, and its illegal. Called the service manager, never called me back. Emailed GM, who instead of finding out why her service department is stealing from customers, emailed me back with an email full of excuses. DO NOT take your car here. If they did it to me, they'll do it to you. Plenty of good independent shops out there which are cheaper and trustworthy. More
I had an appt at 7 am to get my service on my car. The representative recommended two services and said my car should be ready by 10:30. U told me 1030 why 1? Then I said if they have not started the recommended services just dont do those. Because im not going to wait that long. Its ridiculous that I had an appt and u have gone from 1030 to 1 pm. He said well its Saturday and it takes time. I said well I had an appt. I understand it taking time but it shouldn't take that much time when I had an appt. All I was doing was routine service, a balance and an alignment. I dont know that I will be going back to them for anything. More

Had a great experience today getting maintenance done at this dealership. The whole process was smooth, professional, and quick.
