From arrival to departure of the dealership i felt cared for. The staffs customer service was top tier. Every question that I had was answered with clarity. I took my vehicle in for service at the Stafford location and paid $3000 to have it fixed. I pick up my vehicle and took it for a drive with my son. Before we could get to where we were going the 4 wheel lig and paid $3000 to have it fixed. I pick up my vehicle and took it for a drive with my son. Before we could get to where we were going the 4 wheel light engine light came on indicating for me to stop the vehicle immediately. I sent that message to the dealership. Later took it to the dealership and because the light had gone off, I was told that there was nothing they could do. But that was one of the reasons I took it in along with the thumbing noise when backing up. So nothing was done. Being a single mom I had to take out a loan to pay for the service which I'm still paying. But I took it back in a week ago and was informed that I would receive a call when they have a loaner car. The service advisor was very nice and I'm hoping they want let me down again. More
