Karim was a very rude and inexperienced service advisor. He made us feel uncomfortable and definitely unwanted. He never communicated with me and when we called him directly he would hang up. I had to request a new advisor because of his behavior and spoke to 2 different supervisors who gave him feedback and guidance on site. I’ve been coming to this dealership for going on 7 years now this is my second vehicle form this dealer and have always had great things to say until I took my car to this newly owned Group 1 Nissan yesterday and had the worst experience thus far. I took my car in at 8:40AM and all they could tell me after 5 hrs is that I need 4 new tires. They never addressed the actual reason for my visit and I felt like they were trying to hustle me into purchasing four brand new tires from them when I have over 4000 miles left on the current tires that I have. My tires were checked by Karim and none of them were in the red. No one had any information to provide or a turnaround time on when I could get my car so I just went to go pick it up prematurely in their eyes and I will be taking my car elsewhere. More

Despite being without my car for a month, my service advisor, Abraham Garcia, remained proactive and attentive throughout the entire process. He consistently stayed on top of the warranty claim and ensu advisor, Abraham Garcia, remained proactive and attentive throughout the entire process. There were some changes in the service department. Must have had a turnover with service representatives. Today i had a female rep. Had to wait in vehicle long time before she came out.(Seemed like forever, probably only 5 minutes) In past visits, after paying, the rep would shake my hand, thank me for using their services, then walk me to my vehicle. Today she held up my keys, showed me my truck, and held the door open. At least she held the door open! More
