She went above and beyond — locating a replacement axle from a retailer the same day, getting the repair completed and my vehicle ready for pickup all in one day, and even managing to do it at a lower cost than expected. This kind of dedication, efficiency, and genuine care is rare to find. Megan truly represents the best of Nissan service, and I’m incredibly grateful for her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
