Very disappointed today. Booked my Nissan Versa service on 8/9 for 8/16 @ 12 noon. Handed over the car at 12noon sharp today and was given an estimate of 2hrs. During the 2 hrs window was not been informed anything on how much delay expected, even after confirming will be waiting here for the entire tenure. At 13:57, got a sms that car is now getting serviced. After waiting here for last 3.5 hr got my car and saw my car key was dropped and my key chain broken. Shouldn't the service be done within the time? Don't we have any work other than waiting here beyond the estimated time? This is really unprofessional service must say. Also they give me an option to opt out wash as it will delay further. Escalated through email to manager no response, the service executive was way too unprofessional and when told need to escalate this she was like go ahead do it I bother a least. More
