She kept me abreast of the status of my Mazda every step of the way. Ms. Alessandra models the way for her peers when it comes to customer service. I would like to take her to dinner one evening. If that's okay? The technician who performed the service are top notch. I receive an email with a video attached. The technician went over every aspect of the services being performed and recommendations on future service. Two thumbs up! I appreciate the Group 1 Denton Mazda service team. I’ve purchased 2 CX-5s from them and continue to service my cars there as well. On my last visit I was dealing with an engine light and needed a diag I’ve purchased 2 CX-5s from them and continue to service my cars there as well. On my last visit I was dealing with an engine light and needed a diagnostic checkup. I was incorrectly told that the service center could accommodate me on Saturday morning. When I arrived, I learned that the call center had made a mistake. Alex and Madi made my day when they found a Mazda loaner car for me to use for a couple of days. John further cemented my trust when he offered to do some exterior paint on my hood after I had tried to use a faulty Mazda paint pen. These folks defused a frustrating situation and made me even a more loyal Group 1 Denton Mazda fan. Thanks Alex, John and Madi! More
