Thank you for your feedback. As we discussed this morning, I personally spoke with you regarding the strut recommendation and the alignment concerns. During that conversation, I acknowledged the situation and let you know that we are taking responsibility for the oversight. To make this right, we offered to refund the full cost of your alignment and to realign the vehicle at no charge once the new strut is installed. I also want to clarify that while a strut was recommended, the vehicle was not so far out of specifications that it required immediate replacement in order to safely operate. The recommendation was based on readings observed at the time, not an attempt to mislead you. We discussed giving us the opportunity to correct the mistake, and you indicated you would get back with me. We remain willing to follow through on what was offered and resolve this properly. Hi Heather, I updated my review. Your response in the third paragraph above is exactly what I needed to hear to alleviate my concerns. Unfortunately, I wasn’t told this initially. No further action is needed at this time. I will take your advice and not proceed with the strut replacement at this time. Thanks a bunch for your assistance with this issue. Your quick response made a lot of difference in my overall service experience.This dealer has certainly improved in this regard. Thanks!
