Unprofessional worst’s experience at a dealership Josh was rude and nasty Adriana needs more training so the story is I brought a Volkswagen Atlas the first contact had technical error so it had to be rep was rude and nasty Adriana needs more training so the story is I brought a Volkswagen Atlas the first contact had technical error so it had to be replaced weeks after I drove off the lot with the vehicle then whatever they missed up they corrected so I signed a new contract then I went to go get my license plates. They then told me one was issued already for the vehicle, but I hadn’t received it so they couldn’t issue me a new one until I received it or waited 30 days pass my temporary plates is expired. I reached out to the dealership. No response reached out to Finance no response so I’m basically left with an expired temporary plate waiting until July 8 and if I get pulled over I can explain to the cop and hope he’s a nice one never ever ever again at this dealership for me not to mention it was cutting off then I sat there more that six hours at the service for them to say I needed to take it to a Volkswagen dealership because they couldn’t diagnose what was wrong don’t ever go to this dealership More
