DONT WAIST YOUR TIME waiting there for your vehicle to be serviced even with an appointment. My wife was stuck there for 4 hours, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, even with an appt time of 9:30am. The appt was for 4 new tires and an alignment, maybe 1.5 hours worth of work. I've been stuck there over 2 hours for a simple oil change service, with an appt, that should take 30-40 min even with a tire rotation if the techs are working. If you have to go there but you value your time, leave it there and go about your day because time there doesn't matter to them. More
