I just moved back from Florida and needed to get a few things done. I linked to the dealership to make an appointment through the Ford app which made it quite easy. I dropped the car off at my appointment time that was after lunchtime and they were able to get working on it that afternoon. I received a text video from the technician a few hours later detailing of what was completed and showing me the measurements of my tire tread and brake pads wear. And a copy of the checklist of the inspections that had been done. There was an attached estimate for the brake repairs and a link to approve the repairs. Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. My consultant Dusty was excellent. He was out to lunch when I picked up my car, but one of the other consultants jumped right in and helped me. The Customer Service Manager walked by and stopped to introduce herself and chat a minute. This was a very pleasant experience. 👍 More
