Don’t do it do not use this dealership. Their sales is good, but the service team is messing it up for the sales. They do not stand behind their work maybe workers need more training. I recently purchased a new Bronco from Group 1 Ford, and the entire experience was outstanding, easily one of the best car-buying processes I’ve ever had. A huge thank you to my sales associate David McDonald, who was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made finding and negotiating the right Bronco stress-free. Special shoutouts also go to GSM Fabio Berruecos and Finance Director Mike Shishevan, who were both incredible to work with. They kept everything transparent, answered every question, and made the paperwork and financing as smooth and easy as possible.
