I am writing to follow up regarding my previous concern and to sincerely thank your team for the way this matter was resolved. After sharing my experience, I received a call from Billy Sharp and Carol Newman, who both took the time to personally apologize and address my concerns. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right truly meant a lot to me. I was offered a very generous discount, and the dealership went above and beyond by arranging for my vehicle to be picked up from my home, serviced, and returned once the repairs were completed. That level of convenience and customer care exceeded my expectations. Carol was especially apologetic and provided me with helpful resources and different avenues to help save on future services. I truly appreciated her patience and understanding. Additionally, I received updates from Kelsey regarding the progress of my vehicle, which I also appreciated. The communication throughout the resolution process was reassuring. Overall, I am very pleased with how the dealership handled this situation.
