Awful-spineless and selfish. Sold car to someone while I was buying it. I went in to get my car serviced and had a few inquiries about window tinting and when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by Anne and told her what I needed and she was very helpful in directing me on wh about window tinting and when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by Anne and told her what I needed and she was very helpful in directing me on which correct department to go too. As well when I was asking about window tinting, she had very quick response and set me up with a vendor to do so which was very helpful and overall, have been very satisfied with my experience and appreciated the fact that I didn't need to talk to several other employees to get my request taken care of. While waiting on an oil change I was wondering through the showroom. I was avoiding all sales people because they are just the worst. Anne was friendly and not a sales person. My salesperson Kalie Vogeler was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable, she handled everything from A-Z perfectly, even the financing where she got me an even better rate than we had origin professional and knowledgeable, she handled everything from A-Z perfectly, even the financing where she got me an even better rate than we had originally talked about. My whole process from when I first met her, the test drive, the easy negotiation for a fair deal, the finance paperwork, setting up my new Ford App, and putting on the temp tag to drive home only took a couple of hours, and was all handled by Kalie herself flawlessly. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car, seek out Kalie for a great buying experience. Thank you Kalie!! Love my new GT! More

The service at Groove Ford is worthy of no stars. They take a car and promise in THREE DAYS they will diagnose call and call you. No call EVER and at three days they have not even touched the car let alo take a car and promise in THREE DAYS they will diagnose call and call you. No call EVER and at three days they have not even touched the car let alone diagnose anything. We have bought four vehicles from this dealership and have dealt wit them for 20 years - never again. No apology , "its not our fault we have too much to do", Avoid thee hassle - DO NOT get service here. Believe me yow wont get any service. More

Dropped off my Ford Ranger for warranty repairs a week ago and they still have not even ordered parts! It's just been sitting there while I scramble to figure out other means of transportation. STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! This service center had my car for 18 days. They were caught red handed straight up lying about doing the diagnostic work and having a qualified individu service center had my car for 18 days. They were caught red handed straight up lying about doing the diagnostic work and having a qualified individual troubleshoot the car. They ignored specific tech data and procedures that were released by Ford engineers. They came up with a fake diagnosis to get me to pay them more than $8000. This service center needs to be stopped immediately. A complete overhaul of this shop's personal is urgently needed. They're complete disregard of integrity is pathetic. More

I have taken my vehicle to Groove Ford on three separate occasions to fix one issue and the issue has never been fixed. Recently on another issue Groove Ford did a recall repair but I did it incorrectly and occasions to fix one issue and the issue has never been fixed. Recently on another issue Groove Ford did a recall repair but I did it incorrectly and now my driver door won't unlock when I'm trying to open it. Groove will not look at my vehicle because they don't like a very accurate and fair review I left them. I have effectively been black balled by Groove Ford because they don't like my very accurate and fair review with regards to their inability to fix my vehicles issues. Now I am left having to call Ford customer care in order to straighten this issue out. Be very wary of Groove Service. They frequently fail to fix things correctly and in this case will not even take my vehicle in after they failed to fix an issue. My vehicle is still under warranty. What good is a warranty if a company will not stand behind it. More
