Brought my car in for a service and diagnostics for a check engine light last week, 3 days later I tried to pump gas in my car and it wouldn't pump anything. I've never had any gas pump problems since owning the car even when the check engine light was on and off for some time. More
I wouldn't recommend this dealership. The service department has a 6 week wait. I have been dealing with the same issue on a brand new vehicle for over a year. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be February before I can bring the car to be diagnosed (even though it is the same issue over and over) and then I will have to wait weeks again for a part. Absolutely awful service. Left message for service manager and no response which is their MO. I have had no sound of any kind in my car for over 6 months on and off since purchasing in August 2022. More

This has been the worst experience of my 60 years of buying cars. My grandson bought a used car, had trouble since day one. He brought it back to the dealership, Grieco Hyundai of Johnston RI, at a mi buying cars. My grandson bought a used car, had trouble since day one. He brought it back to the dealership, Grieco Hyundai of Johnston RI, at a minimum of six times explaining the trouble, telling them it was the transmission, they kept putting band aids on it, now the transmission has totally died, I had the car towed to their service department, it's been there several weeks and nothing has been done. I told them I am invoking the Lemon Law and demanded a new transmission or a total refund. I now have my lawyer involved, I have made countless calls, only getting voice mail, demanding a return call and nothing. I am fed up with Grieco, their sales and their service. They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! More

Just had to write a complaint email to there corporate American office, horrible service department and customer service, try to speak with the service manager about my complaint and she was "in a meeting American office, horrible service department and customer service, try to speak with the service manager about my complaint and she was "in a meeting" waited 4 days for her to call me, never did long meeting I guess, called back in and after being on hold for like 15 minutes she still could not come to the phone, took my Santa Fe to Tarbox Hyundai and never had an issue, also their customer service is on point. More
I would like to commend Talia Dicicco and Emma DeBolt for their diligent efforts to assist in my girlfriend’s vehicle woes. They were patient and attentive with her decade old Hyundai Sonata which required a their diligent efforts to assist in my girlfriend’s vehicle woes. They were patient and attentive with her decade old Hyundai Sonata which required a new engine that was covered under warranty. Even though it was a timely and grueling process at times, they helped to facilitate when they could and went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was in perfect running condition when returned. I look forward to doing future business with them. Their customer service has made me reconsider my original opinion of dealerships. Thank you both!!! -Adam Parkinson More
I bought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at the Johnston RI Hartford ave, so far I was garentee a loaner if my car stays for any length of time that was a lie already blown almost 2,000 in rentals back in the Hartford ave, so far I was garentee a loaner if my car stays for any length of time that was a lie already blown almost 2,000 in rentals back in the end of august it cost $400 to fix just for the same problem to break down they had my car almost two months now and refuse to put me. In a loaner so now I am almost $2,000 in the whole for rentals I shouldn’t be on the hook my $100 deductible because the technician should have fix it the right time the first they didn’t want listen when I told the problem but they said it was something else now the rebuilding the motor pretty much if you ask me I should reimburse for the rentals and should not have to pay the deductible will recommend the dealer and service department xxxx no, xxxx car only had it a year. I was told my car would be done last Wednesday and the tech as of Friday not start working on it till today soppingly as of tomorrow I’ll be without a car thanks to family I was able to one of there cars until tomorrow then no car so no I will not buy or use there service department after this all this and still owe over 17,000 dollars that’s a shame More
