They say they have something called meet or beat policy ,for which I went 60 miles far ,they agreed to a particular number of monthly payment for lease on that day ,Later after 2 days they called and no we ,for which I went 60 miles far ,they agreed to a particular number of monthly payment for lease on that day ,Later after 2 days they called and no we can't match that this will be the number .I was expecting that they keep their word but no they just bluff Its just waste of time going such far as well I lost other cars because of this dealership. Josue, John, and Jessica were absolutely fantastic. I came to Greico on a recommendation to trade in my 2017 Chevy Cruze (which I had nothing but problems with both the car and 3 Chevy dealerships I trie came to Greico on a recommendation to trade in my 2017 Chevy Cruze (which I had nothing but problems with both the car and 3 Chevy dealerships I tried to go to). Everyone at Greico was very nice and made sure I was being helped even in the waiting area. When Josue was busy, John came over to help answer any questions I had and get the process going on the new Civic I was lookng at. Josue was patient with me and showed me several options for the Civic and helped to explain differences between the models, as well as the accord I was also looking at. Jessica, one of the finance managers, helped make the finance process so effortless and helped me understand every add on package I could apply and what each rate was going to be. Bought a 2016 Kia Soul….had some registry issues. We were given a car to drive in the interim. Ray was very good communicating with us over the lengthily time it took to resolve.
