Surprizingly Pleasant I did not rate my used car purchase right away as there was some minor issues that needed to be taken care of first. However when I first arrived at I did not rate my used car purchase right away as there was some minor issues that needed to be taken care of first. However when I first arrived at the dealership to check out the car I was interested in I met Tommy Noda who was very friendly and very courteous. He asked me what I was looking for and when I told him got the keys of the vehicle and told me lets go for a test drive. During the test drive he asked if I had any questions about the car and promptly answered them. When the test drive was over he thanked me for coming in and even offered to let me take the car home if I was interested in it. I really appreciated him not trying to pressure me into buying at that time. He just thanked me again for coming in and said if he could help me to give him a call. It was like doing business with a friend. I did go back and he was just as courteous, showed me how all the features on the car worked and once again was very courteous and respectful. There were some minor issues with some paper work which took car of and which I addressed to Michelle Weinfurter one of the sales mgrs. They were handled and cared for immediately and professionally. This was one of the most pleasant purchases of buying a car that I have made. I would definitely stop in and see them if your looking for a Infinity. Tommy was one of the reasons I bought the car! Pregnant Mother taken advantage of I am just speechless. I heard that car salesmen will do and say anything to get you to buy the car, but I never thought they could lie and mislead lik I am just speechless. We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership before and everything was fine, until this last car. I traded in my old 2012 Infiniti QX 56 for a 2017 BMW X3. The only and I mean ONLY reason I chose this car is because it had only 10K miles and the salesman told me it was under manufacture warranty until 50k miles or 4 years from first sale date (3 years 40k miles remained) and 3 years 36k miles ALL MAINTENANCE ITEMS (2 years 26K miles remaining). I am a pregnant mother with a 2 year old, so having a warranty on the car is something extremely important to me! Today I went to BMW service center to check the brakes and other maintenance - they told me that there is no warranty on this car!!! I was shocked! It would cost me almost $1500 to take care of the few things the car needs. Immediately I tried to get in touch with the GM of the dealership, called numerous times, left a voicemail, a message with the front desk - no answer from them ... AT ALL!!! I don't feel safe driving this car! This is just bad business!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!!! More

I called and talked with Joey Gesualdo (sales manager) on a Monday about an Infinity QX60 that they had on their website. Asked a few basic questions and confirmed that they do indeed have the vehicle at their location. Made an appointment with Joey the next day at 9:30am since I was driving down from the greater Milwaukee area. Joey sent me an email confirmation of our appointment for the next following day. When I arrived at 9:30 for my appointment Joey was not there, and better yet, no vehicle there either. Was told it was at the detail shop and it would be there ALL day and wouldn't be able to see it. Such a disappointment of an organization. Please, do not deal with these people! They have zero integrity!!! More
