Candy, the service associate was great! ! When she called to tell me that my car was ready, I asked if they had taken care of an issue and when she looked and noticed that it was not, she go ! The staff is very unfriendly, there was no acknowledgment when I walked in. Brought my car in for a few recalls (of which I had to ask them to do because there weren’t enough parts so I left my car there) an when I walked in. Came in looking for a specific used car I saw on their website. Felix (salesman) helped but did not know the original car we specifically came to look at was already sold to another customer. He did find us another similar car, but that one had some flaws that the original car did not. The finance manager pushed an extended warranty plan that I really did not need. I realize I was buying a used car, but, there was no review of the car’s features before I left the lot. And they only left me a half tank of gas. More

I took my car to be repaired for an oil leak/burn. when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and I was told that it wasn't their fault and I have to pay a new Warranty deductible because they closed the work-order in their computer. I got the car back a few days later and it has been running badly since. I seemly like the motor timing is off or that it is mis-firing. I am going to have it checked by another mechanic before I bring it back the dealership. More
