I did not have a good experience with service. The issues started on the sales side with three deliverables on a new car, including the installation of door protection. I needed to hound the dealership to get the deliverables which is poor service to say the least. Once I was able to get attention, service was scheduled to address all three. On the day of service I arrived to learn that it was a mistake to schedule that day as the door protector installer is only at the dealership one day a week, and not on that day. It would have been nice to get a phone call instead of wasting my time. It took too many phone calls and too much time to do what the dealership was contractually bound to provide. The entire experience was especially disappointing as we have purchased five cars from the dealership. We like the Hyundai product but will look for a different dealership. More
