I had to make an extra trip to the dealership to resign papers that were also wrong and then had to sign another set of papers weeks later because of an error on the second set. I had to initiate at least 4 phone calls to the dealer to get these problems corrected. More

Had them do a partial engine rebuild for me a few months ago. Car broke down again and they discovered that it was part of their repair work that failed. They paid for the repair for free, but we were witho ago. Car broke down again and they discovered that it was part of their repair work that failed. They paid for the repair for free, but we were without our car for about three weeks, they gave us a loaner which was great for the last two weeks but we had to fend for ourselves without a car for a week. I asked if they would do an oil change or tire alignment as a gesture of kindness due to being without our car for so long due to their own mistake, but they said no. Therefore the mixed review. More
