I bought my first car from GM Honda in 2010, a Hyundai that is when my journey started. Two years later I traded for my first of 3 maybe 4 Civics and now I have purchased my second HRV. My car received the recall repaid. I had asked that my left rear back up light be checked since someone told me it was out. When Tiffany got the call to come pick up my car, I asked if I had asked that my left rear back up light be checked since someone told me it was out. When Tiffany got the call to come pick up my car, I asked if the backup light had been repaired. Tiffany said she would double check, which she did,, and the person she spoke to. You assured her that it wasn’t working order. said she would check to make sure it was done and called me back later, The lights were checked off as good on the worksheet also. However, before I left the parking lot, I had the person behind me check my lights, and the left rear is still out. I did not have time to deal with it then. I was very disappointed. I was certainly grateful to Tiffani for taking the time to double check, and I’m sorry. Whoever she spoke to didn’t double check. I don’t know. I have to make a separate appointment for a minor situation. More
