I had received letter from Kia headquarters to inform me that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. The service department does not communicate with you. They had our car for over a month for a warranty issue. They did not give us updates. I think Riverchase Kia has got to be one of the most dishonest, unprofessional dealerships I have ever come into contact with, I wish I had seen this page before I took my car there. This place is absolutely the worst place ive ever been from buying my car from them to coming back and having my oil changed.
