I had received letter from Kia headquarters to inform me that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. I made an appointment and they took care of it at that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. I made an appointment and they took care of it at no cost. I also had oil change done. Total wait time was as stated 1-2 hours, was completed in 2 hours. Staff was very courteous. More

The service department does not communicate with you. They had our car for over a month for a warranty issue. They did not give us updates. I think Riverchase Kia has got to be one of the most dishonest, unprofessional dealerships I have ever come into contact with, I wish I had seen this page before I took my car there. This place is absolutely the worst place ive ever been from buying my car from them to coming back and having my oil changed. I will never come back to this place and I'd advise you note to do business wi from buying my car from them to coming back and having my oil changed. They cant even keep any workers. 😂 Oh and its not just me i have 2 other family members that have done business with you and they say they'll never be back either. 150 dollar's for a oil change and tier rotation.
