He listened to our concerns and needs. He did not try pressuring us into a vehicle as soon as we walked on the lot, which was a breathe of fresh air. We were able to take our time and think about what was best for us. We are happy to say we got into a new Sorento SUV. Teddy was easy to work with and didn't hassle us into making the sale.
