Had an appointment and still needed to wait 4hrs for an oil change. Once completed, I wasn't alerted and needed to continuously follow up with the tech. When I arrived to pay the only two front office work oil change. Once completed, I wasn't alerted and needed to continuously follow up with the tech. When I arrived to pay the only two front office workers were busy gossiping to each other instead of checking me out and getting me on the way. In the 10 minutes of me waiting for someone to assist me, I was able to learn about some ladies martial problems and already know who her "work husband is". I'm not sure if I was in at a high school or car dealership at that point. Once I got in my car I discovered a multitude of settings changed that were unrelated to any service I had done that day. These were clearly adjusted for the sake of the techs comfortability and were not put back. This caused me to almost have an accident since the auto brake/hold that I normally have on & I'm accustomed to, wasn't turned on again. More
Overall, the staff was kind, and I understand that everyone has a job to do, but I can't shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of, possibly because I'm a woman. While I acknowledge it's my responsibility to double-check details, the change was never clearly communicated, which feels quite deceptive. It's probably a tactic the sales team is trained to use, but it left me feeling uneasy. Additionally, I suspect the MSRP of my vehicle was inflated to make it seem like I was getting a better deal on my trade-in. More
