Customer service from this dealership has been a joke. I bought a new Kia from them over a month ago and I still don’t have my second set of keys. All was good however upon reviewing final details of my purchase ( my daughter realized we were over charged and one other thing was I was only given one key and according to what we researched we are supp purchase ( my daughter realized we were over charged and one other thing was I was only given one key and according to what we researched we are suppose to be given 2 keys . Sales man promised to look into it , finance person was suppose to get back to my daughter about the extra charge and we are still waiting, plus we have tried many times to reach someone but no answer as of yet ! It’s sad that once get they the sale it’s almost like no one cares .But all in all service was good ! Just need my other key and the matter of financed fixed . More
