Chad has helped me take care of my car since I bought it in 2006. I am not a mechanic or knowledgible on car engines but he has taken time to explain what I need to know about my car without making me feel in 2006. His knowledge in customer service exceeds my expectations. He treats me like a close friend or even family member meaning my needs and his guidance in the service of my car are of utmost importance. He has lined out a 1-10 list for me as to what needs to be addressed at what time. Tho, I do like his theory of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! He has great consideration of customers time. He gets you in and out as he quoted and if something unexpectated pops up he is quick to inform. Like many, I work, and my time and his scheduling are very important.
