They are very concerned about how the vehicle is performing as it should and making sure that all of my concerns and service issues are satisfied. I had a few little warranty issues to begin with that were taken care of quickly and all service work since has been routine. The wife and I love our Kia's and when they wear out would not hesitate to buy other Kia's from Orlando Kia West. They really do stand behind their product!!! More
