The reason I gave the rating I did is because Chad knows what customer services is all about. He finds out exactly why you are there. He takes care of every problem I have with my car. He never lets you leave saying "I should have taken my car somewhere else." He makes you feel special because even if you are not having a good day, he makes you smile. And he is always smiling too! If something is wrong with your car, he tells you the truth. If this man can get a raise, I suggest it happens because he definitely earns his pay. He gets you in and out of there and not spend all day waiting for your car. If it is going to be a while, he informs you. I always ask for Chad because there is no one else like him. Its not that other staff is not courteous and polite, but Chad stands out above the rest! More
