Thank you for your response. The frustrating part is that I have pre paid for a maintenance i havent been receiving. My maintenance package ends at 48k. Once my package ends am I going to be charged for a tire rotation? Or will i be credited at least 2x for not having it done. The wait times at the dealership are long enough as it is. I don't feel I should have to waste another day at the dealership To have my tires balanced and rotated when they should have been done to start with. Leaving me or any other client to believe work was done to their car, When in fact, it was not is quite disheartening and very untrustworthy. Now, i'm starting to question whether or not any of my oil changes were actually done. Or if my filters were ever actually replaced.
