I have received no assistance in resolving the issue with my car. Despite having it serviced multiple times, the car continues to experience breakdowns. I was informed that Kia is unable to offer any solutio my car. Despite having it serviced multiple times, the car continues to experience breakdowns. I was informed that Kia is unable to offer any solutions, even though the issue with my car is not a result of negligence or poor care, but rather due to an unresolved “recall”. Regrettably, my car has been sitting at the Greenway Kia East dealership for almost a month now, and I have not received any updates since October 18th. I would recommend considering purchasing a vehicle from a different company, as Kia's service and customer support have proven to be unsatisfactory. More
