The person helping me out, Matt, would never keep me updated on my car and would ignore my messages. I brought my 2016 Optima in for service because the AC was blowing warm air. I have the 10 year extended warranty but was told that the AC portion had expired (no notice of this) and I had to pay $250 fo was blowing warm air. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours I went to check on my vehicle because,as I told the sevice person, I had to go to work. I believe her name was Shelby and all she did was speak Spanish to the other employess in front of me (I don't speak Spanish) while waiting for news on my vehicle. She then informed me that my vehicle needed every AC part replaced and gave me a rough estimate of $1000+ for parts and $1000+ for labor. I thought this was odd since my vehicle only has 50k miles and I rarely use the AC. I then happened to notice on the wall a notice to service personnel about the monthly goals for parts and service that each service member must meet. It certainly made me wonder if my vehicle was being used to help Shelby make her monthly goal. I declined service and considered a trade in. When I finally got into my vehicle, the AC was blowing cold air and whenever I try it, it still blows cold air. More
