He was patient with me during the entire process and made me feel comfortable. He was very thorough in helping me learn all the gadgets in the car. I highly recommend Baylee as he made my experience very pleasant and memorable! Completely satisfied! More
Non negotiable dealer! Terrible follow up and had to pursue and follow up with them three different occasions. They advertise the price of a car online and will not negotiate a dollar on the price. Then the sales person quoted me a price and would call me back. He had his sales manager which was unfriendly and seemed bothered by the call speak with me. He went up in the price of the car and then there is their 899.00 dealer fee on top of everything else which is very high compared to most dealers that range from 100 to 400 at most. Then he told me if i found exact car and price he would match it. Not only did i find same car with 12,000 less miles and they wouldn't match the deal. I'm sorry to say this dealership has the worst customer service and they will not match a deal they promised on top of paying the highest dealer fee in the industry. More

Juan was very nice to my wife and I. Juan took the time and listen to what type of car we was Intrested in. My wife and I was intrested in a Ford Flex, and Juan located several on the l Juan took the time and listen to what type of car we was Intrested in. My wife and I was intrested in a Ford Flex, and Juan located several on the lot and we test drove it. We was intrested in a Rudy red ford Flex. Juan took the time and located the the color we was Intrested in. He was explained everything to us. Since we didn't see the car even stated when the car arrive if we didn't like it we could a different color when the car arrive. The only other color we was Intrested in was silver. We completed the paperwork and was advised the car be I on Wednesday. Juan stayed in contact with us, and when the car arrived he called us. We tested drove the car and completed the paperwork. He also show us how us different function in the car. He further program our cell phone in the car. Juan was excellent salesperson and didn't pressure us. It not everyday that meet a salesperson that is Intrested in customer needs. thank you Jaun. More
A Grievance Rectified I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my taillight fixed. I dropped off and the service center called me while I was out. The I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my taillight fixed. I dropped off and the service center called me while I was out. They said they found a nail in my tire and that it was in the side wall and therefore could not be patched. They then told me that the service (including everything I needed done) would be around $300. The tire by itself was $252. They asked me if I would either like them to change the tire or put my doughnut on, those were my only options. Since I figured that I could get a tire for a much better price elsewhere, I had them put on my doughnut. I took my tire to Walmart and told them I wanted my two front tires replaced, the passenger side tire was replaced due to the nail, and the drivers side was replaced to balance out the passenger side. After that service was completed, they brought out my old tires. I asked to see the one that had the nail. First of all, the nail wasn't even in the sidewall, it was in the tread; in one of the grooves. The nail didn't even puncture the tire. Ford was going to give me a whole new tire, make me pay for it, for nothing. It's a move I'd expect out of a discount tire place, but not a dealership that is trying to keep a reputation. Needless to say I got in contact with Greenway Ford, thinking that maybe they would be reasonable. I asked for a reimbursement, since it was their mandate that I get a new tire. They gave me a reimbursement, and settled it. More
Awesome buying experience again!!!! We met Dale Agard and discussed what type of vehicle, with the type of engine and accessories needed. Dale researched those types of vehicles, and didn't waste my time or his showing me something I didn't want. After looking at those vehicles, we test drove the one selected and began the sale negotiations, we got a fair deal. Dale took the time afterwards to sync our phones, explain navigation system, and went over many options like hands free door unlocking, remote starting and many more. I would recommend Dale to our family and friends, he was amazing to deal with. The only negative I had was out of Dale's control and I didn't even mention it to him. The attaching points for the license plate were made with plastic and on installation one stripped out. I just jerry rigged it at home. More

backward dealing Let me start by saying that my overall experience was okay, the people were friendly but the process was backwards and made me feel very bad. Last week i came across their website looking for a used car. I was then contacted via chat by an internet then connected with Adam Gaudette. We spoke on the phone, where i made it very clear what my credit situation was, what i was looking for. He gave me his advice, we came up with a plan and we hung up and i felt very confident. I filled out the credit app, was then contacted again and told what all to bring to the dealership when i came in. So few days later i go in to the dealership, unfortunately andrew was Naturalista ot able to help me and i got Jose instead. Now i remind you that i filled out the credit app, we already know what i can get, what i am looking for, what i should expect. So while looking at cars im shown 3cars, i find one i love , test drive it, love it! while searching jose is also trying to sell my father a car. So then once i set on the car, i brought in im told they are going to have me fill out a credit app, wait, ive done this. Then to be told oh its just for my file. Im signing papers as if im going home today with the car. At the very end jose comes to me and say i need either a cosigner or 2000 for a down payment. Confused because i was told this waz done deal. He looks to my father, i say no. You told me were fine, he then says well okay you have to go through a interview process and bring reference. Interview, confused again. I have to interview to oay you my money? I went from being treated like a queen to being treated like trash. he even then goes as far as to guilt my father into cosigning. not cool, as you nothing about my dad or his situation. Long story short, i was made excited to only be let down. Not properly explained why and when i said no to cosign or additional 2k on 10k car they couldnt give me full response why, you saw my credit, income etc. So you knew what the banks would amd would not do. Why make someone go through all this to be made to fill like loser. More
