Great Customer Service, Zero Hassle I began looking at trucks a few weeks ago and finally found the exact model I was looking for. I opted to upgrade to an F-150 for the extra space and I began looking at trucks a few weeks ago and finally found the exact model I was looking for. I opted to upgrade to an F-150 for the extra space and gas mileage (better than my current truck). I began by visiting a dealership that was local to me in South Florida. After some issues and back and forth with them, I called Greenway Ford and they were quick to help. Dale Hagerman called me as soon as my inquiry was submitted online to verify that the truck I was looking at was still available. He was very reassuring and after some brief conversation, I was on my way to Orlando. Upon arrival, Dale was on his way out, but stayed long enough to ensure I made it on time and to introduce me to Nik Bourns, my salesman. Nik was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through all of the features of the truck and answered all of my questions. After taking a test drive, Nik walked me through all of the paperwork, explained what incentives and rebates I qualified for, and got me set up with finance. All in all, the experience was painless and the customer service was great. All my questions were answered, my trade-in was handled, and I would definitely recommend Greenway Ford to all of my family and friends. More

The F-150 was in another state so we were told they would drive it down to us, we signed all the paperwork for the 2 cars (which mind you we were there for 8 hrs doing this) and we took the Fusion home and they said we will probably get the F-150 Tues or Wens. We got a call today from the sales associate saying that there was someone interested in that Truck up in the state that it is in and we can't have the truck now, but we can pay more for another. This is such crap, why did we sign paperwork and the title transfer if we can't have the truck. They are not whiling to do anything for us but buy another for more money. They have poor customer service!!! More

I went straight to the trucks and I was instantly shocked on the sticker price. Clearly this dealership was going to require a ton of haggling. I looked through at least 10 truck and the asking price was 34k-$71k, as I got to the tenth car I opened the passenger's side door and in the cup holder area a located so poor guys photocopied driver's license and other information. I had seen enough. Went to the counter, gave them the poor xxxxxxxx unsecured information and left. If they can't keep your information secured at least, then I'm certainly not interested! More

We got MINI! We came to Greenway with the intention of replacing our vehicle which was destroyed in a recent carjacking. The previous day I had spoken with several dealerships including David Maus Volkswagen, Classic Honda and Mazda and Toyota. I was looking online later that night, when I decided to checked out Greenway Ford. Since our last car came from Greenway we felt comfortable with possibly purchasing another vehicle from them. After looking at several Ford Focus online poi, we decided to come in and test drive one in the hours of purchasing one. Around 9 :30 p.m. I received an email from the Internet Sales Manager, Clay Lewis. We set up an appointment for the next day. We arrived several minutes early but Clay's assistant, cane out, gave us water and told us he would be out soon. It was maybe 3 minutes and he was out introducing himself and asking us how he could he service. He showed us a couple of Volkswagen, a couple of Focus. As we were test driving one final car, coming back onto the lot I spotted a cute little MINI Cooper Countryman. I asked if we could test drive it, Clay got the keys, jump stated it and off we went. I loved it, my husband loved but it had to pass my son, the mechanic, inspection. Long sorry short, Clay was with us throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, very respectful, and he soberly wanted to pair the car with the best owner. We are absolutely satisfied and will definitely rerun when we are in the market for a new car.
