Great Overall Experience I had my first oil change done on my 2017 Ford Explorer yesterday. Becky Vanmeter was my Quick Service Advisor. She was very knowledgeable, very att I had my first oil change done on my 2017 Ford Explorer yesterday. Becky Vanmeter was my Quick Service Advisor. She was very knowledgeable, very attentive. The whole process from start to finish took 1 hour. I was very pleased with how efficient Becky was. We had an older car with a lot of miles we were trading in, and he made countless attempts to find us the right car upgrade and even helped when I threw a last minute wrench into the mix by asking for a second gar.
