BEWARE!!! Just over a week ago, I purchased a car from this dealership. The sales guy called me two days after I purchased the car to tell me that I had to com Just over a week ago, I purchased a car from this dealership. The sales guy called me two days after I purchased the car to tell me that I had to come in and sign more paperwork because they had to switch lenders. He told me that I was approved, but not at the APR or term of the loan and wanted me to sign a new contract for a higher APR and 6 months longer term. I said no, I was not spending more money on that car and that I would return the car. He and the sales guy kept offering more deals and I kept saying no. I had my daughter bring in the car so we could return it and she was witness to the rest of the events. After several offers to lower payments, lower the cost of the car, offer of warranty, etc.at the higher interest rate, I still said no. The finance manager then said fine, and asked how I paid for the down payment, when I told him, he said ok get out your credit card and put it on the desk (which I did) as he walked out of the room. When he came back in he sat down and said, my manager is being a jacka#*# and said that unless we took the deal, his manager would "cash" the original contract and buy down the interest rate to get me approved. He said we should take the deal and that he was losing his patience. I got very upset and started crying. It was a complete waste of my time (approx 4 hours) and very upsetting. The next day I complained to the Internet Sales Manager and another manager; they offered me a free 2 year limited warranty and to fix some stuff wrong with the car, because she told me they want their customers to be happy, I am not happy with this whole situation and will never ever set foot at there again. Overall the car was a fair price, but the dealer fees are super expensive. More

I had issues with my air conditioner and than the throttle body the sales manger i do not know his name went above and beyond to make the car safe to drive. Thank you for fixing the issues. More
Smooth transaction Met my sales rep Jason Bonilla at a set appointment time and drove 2 different vehicles I found online. He had them both ready to go we drove both and I picked out the one I liked best and it had a fair price from the research I had done and we did the paperwork and done. I was in and out in exactly 3 hours and hour of that was testing and looking over the vehicles. Smoothest auto purchase I've ever had and I'm 52 and have bought plenty of vehicles. Also the young lady I dealt with at the front desk was very friendly and professional. More

I did some online research to check pricing and discounts available 2018 Ford Escape An email reminder - still time to upgrade - caught my attention. I did some online research to check pricing and discounts available 2018 Ford Escape SE (sport trim) then called Troy Burns and he took it from there. Found what I wanted at an outstanding price and EASY "buy-back" on my 2017 Ford Escape SE. WOW! What a great experience. Troy is delightful, friendly, patient, and knows how to get you where you are going. If Troy says he'll call you back with an answer - he WILL! Alex (in finance) was exceptional as well. Worst Service Dept I brought in my 2015 Explorer for the "Works" oil change and for a recall repair. 2 days later, my tire pressure light came on. When I checked the pre I brought in my 2015 Explorer for the "Works" oil change and for a recall repair. 2 days later, my tire pressure light came on. When I checked the pressure in all 4 tires, psi was in the 20's. These are SUV tires that should have a minimum of 32 psi. Obviously whoever serviced my car did not check the tires. I then checked to see if all fluids had been topped off. They had not! Now I question if they even did an oil change. I'm calling in the morning to request a refund of the $50 I had to pay for the servicing. The only reason I went was for the recall item to be fixed and decided to get an oil change while I was there. By far, Greenway Ford has the absolute WORST service dept put there. I'd rather go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. At least you can see what they are doing with your car. More
